Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $11, or free on orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is $15.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express delivery is approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kamikobo.com.au. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect or has an item missing?

Please contact us at hello@kamikobo.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. Photos may be helpful. We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Will the product colour look exactly the same as the photos?

We photograph products as carefully as possible, but colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography conditions and individual screen settings. Product colours may also vary subtly from how they appear in manufacturer or supplier images.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. Customer accounts are optional and you can check out without creating an account.

Are your prices in Australian dollars?

Yes. All prices on KamiKobo are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
